Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for renewable energy projects
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development for IoT-enabled smart meters
- Conduct FMEA analysis on critical electrical subsystems
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical workshops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with IEEE 1547 and NEC standards
- Develop cost-effective solutions for energy storage integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems or embedded design
- Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical and MATLAB/Simulink
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven track record with renewable energy projects
- Strong analytical skills for electromagnetic interference troubleshooting
- Experience with AGILE development methodologies
