Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems, including PCB layouts, schematics, and power distribution networks

- Conduct failure analysis and implement robust troubleshooting methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics, embedded systems, or control systems
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Altium, Cadence) and simulation software (SPICE, MATLAB)
- Strong understanding of PCB fabrication processes and high-speed design principles
- Experience with FPGA/ASIC development and real-time embedded programming
- Expertise in thermal management and EMI/EMC compliance strategies
- Proven track record of delivering complex hardware projects from concept to production
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges
