Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex electrical systems including power distribution networks and control circuits
- Lead PCB development from schematic capture through prototyping and mass production
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and optimize design workflows using CAD tools
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system architecture
- Develop technical documentation and present findings to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or grid infrastructure design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, AutoCAD Electrical, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and NEC regulations
- Experience with renewable energy integration and smart grid technologies
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or eligibility
