Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for commercial applications
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development using Altium Designer and Cadence
- Conduct signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC testing for compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Develop firmware interfaces for IoT-enabled energy monitoring devices
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or smart grid systems
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and circuit simulation tools
- Certification in PE (Professional Engineer) required
- Experience with renewable energy integration technologies
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of IEEE standards for electrical systems
