Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex electrical systems including PCBs, power supplies, and embedded firmware
- Lead prototype development and rigorous testing cycles for reliability and compliance
- Optimize circuit designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers on integrated system architectures
- Drive compliance with UL, CE, and FCC regulatory standards
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and knowledge sharing
- Research emerging technologies to innovate next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and embedded systems
- Expertise in Altium Designer and MATLAB/Simulink for circuit simulation
- Strong understanding of EMC/EMI compliance methodologies
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Experience with renewable energy systems and battery management
- Proficient in Python/C++ for firmware development
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
