Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for solar/wind energy installations
- Develop embedded firmware for smart grid communication protocols
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design for IoT sensor networks
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance validation
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical workshops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product lifecycle management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Altium Designer and MATLAB/Simulink for circuit simulation
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong background in power electronics and renewable energy systems
- Proficiency with C/C++ for embedded development
- Experience with ISO 17025 accredited testing methodologies
