Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical system design, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection
- Develop and validate firmware for embedded systems using C/C++ and RTOS
- Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting for power electronics and signal integrity
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware components
- Document technical specifications and create detailed design documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in electrical engineering workflows
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in power systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in PCB design, analog/digital circuit design, and embedded systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent EDA tools
- Expertise in power electronics, motor drives, or battery management systems
- Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance testing standards
- Experience with firmware development for ARM Cortex-M processors
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for technical documentation and team collaboration
