Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical systems for renewable energy projects using AutoCAD and ETAP
- Lead PCB layout and validation for industrial control systems
- Conduct power quality analysis and compliance testing per IEEE standards
- Mentor junior engineers on circuit design best practices and safety protocols
- Develop firmware interfaces for embedded systems using C/C++
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions
- Prepare technical documentation and client presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in high-voltage power systems design
- Expertise in PLC programming (Siemens/Allen-Bradley)
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Experience with NEC and IEC standards implementation
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification
- Proven track record in renewable energy integration
