Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power electronics circuits for solar inverters and energy storage systems
- Lead PCB layout and validation for high-voltage (1kV+) applications
- Develop embedded firmware for real-time control systems using C/C++
- Conduct thermal and electromagnetic interference (EMI) simulations
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on system integration and enclosure design
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in power electronics design (converters, inverters, SMPS)
- Proficiency with Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro
- Strong knowledge of IEEE 1547 and UL 1741 standards
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Proven track record in bringing hardware products to market
