Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test electrical circuits and systems for new products.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the full product lifecycle, from concept to mass production.
- Perform detailed analysis and modeling of power distribution networks using industry-standard software.
- Ensure all designs comply with IEEE standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to resolve complex hardware issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical design and power systems.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer, or Eagle.
- Strong working knowledge of MATLAB, SPICE, or similar simulation tools.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
