Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical systems for industrial automation and smart grid applications
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design using Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Conduct power electronics analysis including SMPS design and EMI/EMC compliance
- Develop firmware interfaces for embedded systems using C/C++
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless product integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or embedded systems
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and safety protocols
- Certification in Altium or Cadence tools
- Proven track record in bringing products from concept to production
