Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems and power conversion topologies.
- Develop and validate circuit schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure product reliability and compliance with safety standards.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time market launches.
- Optimize existing designs for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in analog and digital circuit design.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, or similar PCB design software.
- Strong working knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity principles.
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality standards and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
