Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power distribution systems for commercial and industrial applications
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development using Altium Designer
- Conduct EMC/EMI testing and compliance validation
- Develop firmware interfaces for IoT-enabled energy monitoring devices
- Coordinate with vendors for component procurement and prototyping
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Document engineering processes and create detailed technical reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or grid infrastructure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and Python
- Certification in Power Systems Analysis (e.g., IEEE PES)
- Experience with renewable energy integration and microgrid design
- Demonstrated project management using Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex systems
