Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex electrical systems, including schematics, PCB layouts, and circuit analysis.
- Develop and validate prototypes, ensuring they meet rigorous performance and safety standards (UL, IEC, ISO).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of mechanical engineers, software developers, and product managers to drive project milestones.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in power electronics and signal integrity.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to optimize system reliability and reduce time-to-market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in hardware design, preferably in the consumer electronics or automotive industries.
- Proficiency in EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, microcontrollers (ARM, AVR), and embedded systems.
- Experience with 3D modeling and simulation tools (MATLAB, SPICE, PSpice).
