Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage electrical systems for solar and wind energy projects
- Lead cross-functional teams in PCB layout, schematic capture, and component selection
- Conduct power analysis, thermal simulations, and compliance testing (UL/IEC)
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design workflows
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate new energy storage solutions
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in power electronics, motor drives, and grid-tied inverters
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, MATLAB/Simulink, and ANSYS
- Strong knowledge of NEC standards and safety protocols
- Proven track record in renewable energy or utility-scale projects
- PE license preferred
