Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for renewable energy applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing embedded control systems for smart grid infrastructure
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance validation
- Develop PCB layouts using Altium Designer for industrial automation projects
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and design documentation
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype power electronics for energy storage solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and high-voltage systems
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE simulation tools
- Certification in power systems engineering (e.g., PE license)
- Expertise in ISO 13849 safety standards for industrial controls
- Strong background in three-phase power distribution and harmonic analysis
- Proven track record of managing hardware development lifecycles
