Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage electrical systems for renewable energy projects
- Lead schematic creation and CAD modeling using AutoCAD Electrical and SolidWorks
- Conduct power system analysis and load flow studies using ETAP/PSS®E
- Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring NEC/IEEE compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with R&D team on prototype testing and validation
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Experience with PLC programming (Siemens/Allen-Bradley)
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E and arc flash safety standards
- Proven track record in renewable energy projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
