Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical design, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and validation testing
- Develop and optimize power distribution systems for high-efficiency applications
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure quality standards
- Interface with suppliers to source components and manage vendor relationships
- Design and implement embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (UL, CE, IPC) and regulatory requirements
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in electronic product development
- Expertise in Altium Designer and Cadence EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, analog/digital circuits, and signal integrity
- Experience with embedded systems (C/C++, ARM Cortex-M)
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex hardware issues
- Strong communication skills with ability to present technical concepts clearly
