Responsibilities
- Design and validate electrical schematics for high-efficiency power conversion systems
- Lead PCB layout and component selection for industrial automation projects
- Perform thermal and electromagnetic interference (EMI) analysis using industry-standard tools
- Develop firmware interfaces for embedded control systems using C/C++
- Coordinate with regulatory compliance teams to meet UL/IEC standards
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or industrial automation design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Altium Designer, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of NEC and IEEE standards for electrical systems
- Experience with 3-phase motor drives and battery management systems
- Proven ability to lead complex projects from concept to production
