Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test complex electrical systems, including power distribution and control circuits.
- Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard software (Altium, Cadence, or OrCAD).
- Lead the design verification process, including simulation, prototyping, and field testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical engineering, firmware, and product management) to ensure seamless integration.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in electrical design, preferably in consumer electronics or industrial automation.
- Proficient in analog and digital circuit design.
- Strong working knowledge of PCB design tools and EDA software.
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
