Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical schematics for high-voltage power systems using AutoCAD and EPLAN
- Lead PCB layout and validation for complex embedded control systems
- Conduct signal integrity analysis and electromagnetic compatibility testing
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Develop test protocols and validate system performance per industry standards
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in power electronics and three-phase systems design
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Certification in PCB design (Altium or Cadence)
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex failures
- Experience with renewable energy systems or grid-tie inverters
