Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical schematics and PCBs for industrial-grade hardware.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the testing, validation, and debugging of power conversion systems.
- Ensure all designs meet rigorous UL, CE, and RoHS compliance standards.
- Develop detailed technical documentation and assembly specifications for manufacturing partners.
- Conduct thorough thermal and signal integrity analyses using industry-standard simulation tools.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with mechanical and firmware teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in circuit design and power systems engineering.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent PCB design software.
- Deep understanding of EMC/EMI mitigation techniques and grounding strategies.
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and electronic loads.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical failures.
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading technical projects in a deadline-driven environment.
