Responsibilities
- Lead design, prototyping, and validation of PCB layouts for high-speed digital and analog circuits
- Develop embedded firmware for real-time control systems using C/C++
- Perform power analysis and thermal management for high-density electronic assemblies
- Conduct EMC/EMI testing and compliance certification preparation
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Interface with suppliers for component selection and cost optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in PCB design and embedded systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of power electronics and motor control systems
- Experience with Python/MATLAB for simulation and data analysis
- Ability to obtain US government security clearance (if required)
- Proven track record of delivering complex hardware projects on schedule
