As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a pivotal role in the design, testing, and deployment of mission-critical electrical systems that power high-growth urban environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems and power distribution networks.
- Lead technical reviews and mentor junior engineering staff to ensure project excellence.
- Conduct detailed simulations using ETAP or SKM to optimize system efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware, firmware, and mechanical components.
- Manage project lifecycles from initial concept and feasibility studies to final commissioning.
- Ensure all designs strictly adhere to NEC, IEEE, and local building codes and standards.
- Perform root-cause analysis on system failures and implement preventative engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required; Master’s preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desired.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in power systems design or industrial automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or Revit MEP.
- Deep understanding of PLC programming and SCADA architecture.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex circuitry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to stakeholders.
