Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex electrical schematics and PCBs for high-voltage power systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of modular power conversion units.
- Perform rigorous simulation and thermal analysis using tools like SPICE, Altium, or MATLAB.
- Oversee the transition of prototypes from design to mass-scale manufacturing.
- Ensure all hardware designs comply with UL, IEEE, and international safety standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct thorough design reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with firmware teams to integrate embedded control systems into power hardware.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in power electronics or hardware design.
- Expertise in Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar schematic capture software.
- Deep understanding of AC/DC converters, inverters, and battery management systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex board-level issues using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
