Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage electrical systems for renewable energy projects
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative power electronics solutions
- Perform detailed circuit analysis using SPICE and MATLAB/Simulink
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and international safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or grid infrastructure
- Expertise in PCB design, EMI/EMC compliance, and thermal management
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical and PLC programming
- Strong analytical skills with power system modeling experience
- PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Experience with renewable energy integration (solar/wind)
