Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test complex electronic circuits and PCB layouts for industrial applications
- Lead system integration and validation of electrical components in multi-disciplinary projects
- Perform power analysis, signal integrity studies, and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure design excellence
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams to optimize system performance
- Document designs, create test protocols, and maintain compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in PCB design, analog/digital circuitry, and power electronics
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Expertise in embedded systems and microcontroller architecture (ARM, PIC, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards, safety regulations (UL, IEC), and industry best practices
- Experience with renewable energy systems or IoT device development
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept to production
