Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for commercial solar farms
- Lead PCB layout and validation for IoT sensor modules
- Develop embedded firmware for real-time control systems
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and design critiques
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Altium Designer, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Certification in IEEE 1584 or NFPA 70E standards
- Strong knowledge of IGBT/MOSFET switching topologies
- Experience with UL 62368 compliance documentation
- Demonstrated project leadership in hardware development cycles
