Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems, including PCB layouts, schematics, and power distribution networks
- Lead prototype testing and validation cycles, ensuring compliance with industry standards (UL, IEC, etc.)
- Collaborate with software teams to integrate embedded systems with firmware solutions
- Perform signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC troubleshooting for high-speed designs
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain quality standards
- Research emerging technologies (e.g., GaN semiconductors, energy harvesting) to innovate product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent EDA tools
- Strong background in power electronics, motor drives, or battery management systems
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink for circuit simulation and modeling
- Experience with embedded C programming and microcontroller architectures
- Proven ability to debug complex hardware issues using oscilloscopes and network analyzers
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
