Responsibilities

- Mentor junior engineers through design review cycles
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions
- Research emerging power electronics technologies for product roadmap
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or embedded systems
- Expert proficiency in Altium Designer and MATLAB/Simulink
- Proven track record in ISO 13485/IEC 62304 compliant design
- Familiarity with CAN/LIN bus protocols and automotive standards
- Strong analytical skills for signal integrity troubleshooting
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP highly desirable
