Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex PCB layouts for high-voltage power distribution systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing embedded firmware for motor control algorithms
- Conduct rigorous electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Optimize energy efficiency in industrial automation systems using simulation tools
- Mentor junior engineers while maintaining ISO 9001/14001 documentation standards
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions for power electronics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience
- Expertise in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro for PCB design
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for power system modeling
- Hands-on experience with 3-phase inverters and battery management systems
- Strong knowledge of UL 60950-1 and IEC 62368 safety standards
- Proven track record of launching at least three commercial products
- Master's degree or PE license preferred
