Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical systems for solar inverters and energy storage solutions
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development using Altium Designer
- Conduct power electronics testing and validation in ISO-certified labs
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product lifecycle management
- Develop thermal management strategies for high-power applications
- Ensure compliance with UL 1741 and IEEE 1547 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent
- Experience with embedded C programming for firmware integration
- Proven track record in bringing products from prototype to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex system-level challenges
