Responsibilities

- Develop firmware and embedded software for smart grid communication protocols
- Optimize power distribution networks using MATLAB/Simulink modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with AI-driven platforms
- Ensure compliance with UL 60950 and IEC 62368 safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and design workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro for high-speed PCB layout
- Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded firmware development
- Strong knowledge of power electronics and motor control systems
- Experience with RF design and antenna integration for IoT devices
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP preferred
- Proven track record of bringing products from prototype to production
