Responsibilities
- Design and validate high-voltage electrical systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead PCB development using Altium Designer for IoT-enabled power monitoring devices
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and design optimization sessions
- Collaborate with software team to develop firmware for smart grid communication protocols
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years experience in power systems or embedded electronics design
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Certification in NFPA 70E or equivalent electrical safety standards
- Experience with UL 62368 certification processes
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex circuit failures
- Expertise in PCB layout using Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro
