Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of electrical systems, including circuit schematics, PCB layouts, and power distribution networks.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing of prototypes to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, and firmware) to integrate electrical components seamlessly into larger systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Optimize existing systems for efficiency, cost reduction, and performance improvement.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and maintenance manuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in electrical design and system integration.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Altium Designer, AutoCAD, MATLAB, or PSpice.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, analog and digital circuit design, and embedded systems.
- Experience with IEEE standards and relevant regulatory compliance (UL, CE, FCC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
