Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems including PCB layouts, schematics, and power management circuits
- Lead hardware validation testing and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure design excellence
- Collaborate with software and mechanical teams to create integrated product solutions
- Research and implement emerging electrical technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and compliance reports for regulatory standards
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation for electrical engineering deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design with consumer electronics or IoT products
- Expert proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro)
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance
- Proven experience with embedded systems and firmware-hardware integration
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
- Strong leadership experience with cross-functional project teams
