  • Mentor junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Ensure all designs strictly adhere to local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC, IEC) and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in electrical power system design.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM PowerTools, or MATLAB/Simulink.
