Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power electronics circuits for solar inverters and energy storage systems
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development using Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance validation
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and design documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on prototype integration and field testing
- Develop firmware for embedded control systems using C/C++
- Analyze system performance using MATLAB/Simulink models
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of power electronics experience
- Expertise in 3-phase inverter design and MPPT algorithms
- Proficiency with SPICE simulation tools and hardware-in-the-loop testing
- Certification in IEEE 1547 or UL 1741 standards preferred
- Strong background in thermal management and reliability analysis
- Demonstrated project leadership from concept to production
- Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
