Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical systems for solar and wind energy projects
- Lead hardware validation testing and performance analysis
- Develop PCB schematics and layouts for power electronics
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical workshops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and IEC standards
- Document technical specifications and create design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Altium Designer, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong understanding of three-phase systems and grid integration
- Certification in PE (Professional Engineer) or equivalent
- Experience with renewable energy systems (solar/wind)
- Proven track record of leading hardware development projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
