Responsibilities
- Design, test, and implement advanced electrical systems for smart grid applications
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating hardware, software, and mechanical components
- Perform detailed circuit analysis using SPICE and MATLAB simulations
- Develop compliance documentation for UL, CE, and FCC standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype new power conversion technologies
- Optimize PCB layouts for high-efficiency power distribution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and embedded systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and AutoCAD Electrical
- Expertise in EMC/EMI testing and mitigation strategies
- Strong knowledge of IEEE 1584 arc flash safety standards
- Proven track record with renewable energy integration projects
- Experience leading NPI (New Product Introduction) processes
- Active PE license or willingness to obtain within 6 months
