Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power distribution systems for renewable energy projects
- Lead hardware validation and testing of electrical components
- Develop schematics and PCB layouts for high-voltage applications
- Collaborate with software teams on embedded systems integration
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and international safety standards
- Research emerging technologies in power electronics and energy storage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems design
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and circuit simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor devices and power electronics
- Experience with renewable energy systems (solar/wind)
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required
- Proven track record of hardware innovation and patent contributions
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
