Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electronic circuits including PCBs, power systems, and embedded controllers
- Perform rigorous testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Collaborate with software and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration
- Create detailed technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, and test procedures
- Research and implement innovative solutions for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Stay current with industry standards (IEC, IEEE) and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in PCB design and hardware development
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro)
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, signal integrity, and analog/digital circuits
- Experience with embedded systems (ARM, PIC, FPGA) and programming (C/C++)
- Familiarity with automotive or industrial electronics standards
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
