Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for commercial and industrial applications
- Lead development of embedded control systems for renewable energy integration
- Perform detailed circuit analysis using SPICE and MATLAB/Simulink
- Create technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, and test protocols
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and UL safety standards
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation for electrical subsystems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or grid infrastructure
- Expertise in Altium Designer and PCB layout best practices
- Proficiency in Python/C++ for embedded firmware development
- Strong knowledge of three-phase systems and energy storage solutions
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience leading FDA/ISO-certified product development
- Demonstrated project management skills with PMP certification
