Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and validate electrical systems for consumer electronics and industrial IoT devices
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development using Altium Designer and Cadence tools
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of electrical components and assemblies
- Collaborate with software teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration
- Develop technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, and test procedures
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews for quality assurance
- Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for product development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in electronic product development and PCB design
- Expertise in power electronics, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance
- Proficiency with simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB) and measurement equipment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and DFM principles
- Experience leading projects with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
