Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in PCB layout and embedded firmware development
- Perform power system analysis using MATLAB/Simulink
- Ensure compliance with IEEE and NEC standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with R&D on prototype testing and validation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in AutoCAD and EDA tools (Altium Designer)
- Strong knowledge of 3-phase systems and motor controls
- Experience with renewable energy grid integration
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven project leadership in industrial automation
