Responsibilities
- Lead the design and validation of complex electrical power distribution systems.
- Develop detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and circuit simulations using Altium Designer or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional mechanical and firmware teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Conduct rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of prototype hardware.
- Oversee compliance with UL, CE, and international safety standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Prepare technical documentation, design reviews, and engineering change orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in electrical power systems design.
- Expertise in power electronics, analog circuit design, and mixed-signal PCB development.
- Proven track record with high-voltage and high-current power conversion circuits.
- Strong proficiency in simulation software (MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice).
- Solid understanding of thermal management and EMI/EMC mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical project initiatives.
