Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical systems for solar/wind energy conversion and storage solutions
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development for high-efficiency power electronics
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and prototyping
- Develop technical documentation and project specifications for manufacturing
- Research emerging technologies in power distribution and energy management
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or renewable energy systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence, or similar EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and NEC regulations
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Certification in energy storage systems or grid integration (desired)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule
