Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test complex electrical circuits and systems, including power distribution and control logic.
- Create detailed electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and mechanical designs using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence).
- Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring all prototypes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform thorough testing and validation of electrical components to troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, and firmware) to integrate electrical systems into larger products.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical standards and documentation of the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical design and PCB development.
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout design software.
- Strong knowledge of circuit theory, power electronics, and embedded systems.
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, LTspice) is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret complex technical data and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality standards and safety regulations.
