Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with IEEE, IEC, and NFPA standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems or high-voltage design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and SPICE simulation
- Strong knowledge of three-phase power systems and grid interconnection
- Experience with renewable energy systems (solar/wind)
- Certification in P.E. (Electrical) or equivalent
- Proven project leadership in agile environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
