Responsibilities
- Lead design and validation of PCBAs for high-reliability aerospace systems
- Develop power electronics architectures including DC-DC converters and battery management systems
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Create detailed schematics, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Collaborate with systems engineering on integration testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in aerospace or high-reliability electronics
- Proficiency with Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Strong knowledge of DO-254/178B safety standards
- Experience with high-speed digital and analog circuit design
- Expertise in signal integrity and power integrity analysis
- Active FAA DER certification or willingness to pursue
